So todays feature is Personal Trainer & Momma of two Meghan!!
We did a session with her recently & she got our glutes fired up. She’s such a sweetheart and really shows us that after babies we can still get that strong healthy body. She is an inspiration and will kill you with her workouts!
Our workout with Meghan:
Today we got our sweat on with @meghanameliafitness. The beautiful Momma of two!! She is major Mom goals!! She put us through one of her infamous booty workouts… We got the glutes fired up with banded lateral steps, lateral squats, hip thrusts & kickbacks. Then we moved into the good stuff: 3X barbell hipthrusts & DB deficit reverse lunges. 3X deep sumo squats w/ pause & single Db walking lunges. 3X cable goblet squats & cable jump squats. We mixed weights, bands & bw cardio exercises today and the glutes were fired to say the least!! 🔥
